This covers the Small Streamer Community website (this site) and its companion Discord bot. If anything here is unclear, the fastest way to ask is to join the Discord and message staff.
What we collect
- Your Discord identity. Logging in uses Discord's own login (OAuth), so we receive your Discord ID, username, and avatar. You must already be a member of the Discord server to log in here.
- Login records. Each login attempt is logged with your Discord ID, username, IP address, and whether it succeeded. Kept for 60 days for security and troubleshooting, then automatically deleted.
- Community activity. XP, level, achievements earned, and (if it ever applies to you) warns, kicks, or bans with their reasons, all tied to your Discord ID. This is kept as an ongoing part of community/moderation records, including if you request account deletion (see "Your choices" below), since it's needed to keep the Leaderboard accurate and to prevent someone using repeated deletion requests to erase a moderation history.
- Content you choose to add. Your Leaderboard Name, profile bio, banner, avatar choice, and profile color. All optional, all editable or removable by you any time from your dashboard.
- Linked accounts. If you choose to link Twitch, YouTube, or Kick from your dashboard, we store that platform's account ID, username or display name, and avatar URL. This only happens after you approve it through that platform's own login, and only to prove you actually own the account. These links are never used to log in to this site.
- Staff actions. If you're staff, the actions you take on the admin dashboard are logged (what, when) for accountability. Kept for 60 days.
- Email, only if you choose to give one on an unban request. The unban-appeal form has an optional email field so we can send you updates about that specific request (staff replies and the final decision). It's never required, never collected anywhere else on the site, and it's deleted the moment the request is resolved, we don't keep an email list.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no selling your data. We don't share anything with anyone outside of what's needed to make login and account-linking work, and even then, only with the specific platform you're actively authenticating with (Discord, Twitch, Google/YouTube, or Kick).
What's shown publicly
Your Leaderboard Name (not your Discord username) appears on public pages like the Leaderboard and Spotlight. It's randomly generated for you by default and never your real Discord name unless you deliberately set it to that yourself. Your Discord ID and login history are never shown publicly.
Where this is stored
In a database we run ourselves, not handed off to a third-party data broker or ad platform.
Your choices
- Change or clear your Leaderboard Name, bio, banner, avatar, and profile color any time from your dashboard.
- Unlink Twitch, YouTube, or Kick any time, also from your dashboard.
- Download your data any time from your dashboard: a JSON file with everything described above, generated fresh on request (download link expires after 7 days; you can generate a new one any time).

Request account deletion from your dashboard. This erases your bio, banner,
avatar choice, linked accounts, Leaderboard Name, and login history. There's a short waiting
period first (shown when you request it) so you can change your mind. Cancel any time
before then by logging back in. Your XP/level, achievements, and moderation history (warns,
kicks, bans) are kept even after deletion, for the reason described above.
